A Dazzling Event
held in Provence

A leader from the international banking sector wishes to gather 250 guests from all around the world for 3 days, in a very atypical setting and context, in southern France.

Each guest must enjoy a fully personalized programme, which can be chosen from various options suggested every morning or afternoon. Each of these (sportive, cultural, gastronomic or oenological) programmes will be fully exclusive and original.

The evenings must surprise, seduce and remain forever engraved in the guests’ memories…

The charming city of Avignon and its very rich and diverse heritage welcomed this unique event. All the transfers to Avignon were 100% tailor-made.

The 5* hotels situated in the city were all privatized for the group. A Michelin-starred chef heading a Provence-flavoured cooking class, a professional cyclist accompanying the iconic climb of Mont Ventoux, a world-famous Châteauneuf du Pape Château exceptionally opening its doors for the discovery of its terroir, a lavender producer sharing his distillation secrets around a separator, a curator presenting the rich history of the Roman Theatre of Orange…

In the very heart of the City of Popes, the first sweet and magical evening took place around a wonderful pond and delicious Mediterranean flavours while the Calvet Museum hosted an unforgettable second evening.

Maintaining the utmost confidentiality of the event up until D-Day, negotiating the privatization of the museum (1 year of negotiation!) and setting up a temporary kitchen between two 18^th century artworks!
